Southern Railway Staff Welfare Inspector Recruitment 2026 के लिए Southern Railway Headquarters, Personnel Branch ने Staff & Welfare Inspector (S&WI) के पद पर Pay Matrix Level-6 में 35% All Department Quota के अंतर्गत selection notification जारी किया है।

Notification की date 28 August 2026 है। इस selection के लिए Southern Railway के सभी departments से eligible serving employees से online applications आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।

Southern Railway Staff Welfare Inspector Recruitment 2026 notification में कुल 20 vacancies दी गई हैं। Category-wise vacancy details इस प्रकार हैं:

Staff Welfare Inspector Level-6 selection के लिए notification में अलग-अलग categories के serving railway employees के लिए eligibility conditions दी गई हैं।

1. Group ‘C’ Staff

Group ‘C’ staff, जो नीचे दी गई prescribed qualifications में से कोई qualification रखते हैं, grade या length of service की परवाह किए बिना consider किए जा सकते हैं। हालांकि Pay Matrix Level-6 या उससे ऊपर regular basis पर working staff eligible नहीं हैं।

• Diploma in Labour Welfare / Social Welfare
• Diploma in Labour Laws
• LLB with paper(s) in Labour Laws
• Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management या Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, जिसमें relevant Personnel Management papers शामिल हों
• MBA with paper(s) in Personnel Management / MBA-HR

2. Level-1 Staff

Pay Matrix Level-1 में कम से कम 7 years service पूरी कर चुके staff, prescribed qualifications के साथ eligible हो सकते हैं।

3. Level-5 और Level-4 Staff

Pay Matrix Level-5 और Level-4 में next below grade के staff के लिए notification में 5 years service की conditions दी गई हैं, जो advancement structure पर निर्भर करती हैं।

4. Graduate Staff in Level-5 / Level-4

Level-5 और Level-4 में graduate employees भी prescribed conditions के अनुसार eligible हो सकते हैं, बशर्ते respective grade में probation successfully complete किया हो।

5. Level-3 और Level-2 Graduate Staff

Pay Matrix Level-3 और Level-2 में graduate staff के लिए 7 years service की prescribed condition दी गई है, जिसमें advancement structure के अनुसार respective grade या दोनों grades की combined service लागू हो सकती है।

Open University या Open & Distance Learning mode से प्राप्त Degree, PG Degree, Diploma अथवा PG Diploma के संबंध में notification में Railway Board instructions का पालन करने की बात कही गई है।

• Eligibility determine करने के लिए cut-off date notification की date होगी।
• Initial training period departmental examination eligibility के लिए count किया जाएगा, लेकिन seniority fixation के लिए training period को seniority service नहीं माना जाएगा।
• Own request transfer के मामले में previous unit की service को specified conditions के अनुसार eligibility के लिए count किया जा सकता है।
• Medical decategorisation से पहले relevant scale में rendered service को specified conditions के अनुसार departmental examination eligibility में count किया जा सकता है।
• Eligibility provisional है। Ineligible पाए जाने पर selection के किसी stage को successfully complete करने के बाद भी panel inclusion का claim नहीं रहेगा।

Notification के अनुसार selected candidates को CEE-ONE medical classification में fit होना आवश्यक है।

Selection में written examination और Service Records का assessment शामिल है। Written examination Computer Based Test (CBT) mode में आयोजित किया जाएगा।

Selection panel preparation में Professional Ability और Record of Service के marks को consider किया जाएगा।

Record of Service के marks APARs, educational qualification और Service Register entries को consider करके दिए जाएंगे। Panel merit के आधार पर draw किया जाएगा।

Southern Railway S&WI Recruitment 2026 के लिए application केवल online mode में Personnel Branch online portal के माध्यम से submit करना है। अन्य mode से प्राप्त applications consider नहीं किए जाएंगे।

1. Official Personnel Branch portal खोलें।
2. Staff & Welfare Inspector selection के appropriate application link पर click करें।
3. Application form में required particulars carefully भरें।
4. Filled application को PDF format में download करें।
5. Printout में candidate का photograph लगाएँ और required जगह पर signature करें।
6. Photograph को controlling supervisor/official से attest कराएँ।
7. Forwarding section को controlling supervisor/official से required name, signature और seal के साथ complete कराएँ।
8. Completed application को scan करके PDF format में portal पर upload करें।
9. Application submit करने के बाद system द्वारा generated unique application number सुरक्षित रखें।
10. Application status को unique application number और अन्य required details के माध्यम से check किया जा सकता है।

• Educational Qualification के certificates की attested copies upload करनी होंगी।
• SC/ST candidates के लिए Community Certificate की requirement है।
• PwBD candidates को prescribed Disability Certificate submit करना होगा।
• Relevant educational/community/disability entries Service Register में recorded होनी चाहिए।
• ODL/Open University qualification वाले candidates को recognition का required proof submit करना होगा।

Selected candidates को Southern Railway Administration की किसी भी Division/Unit में post किया जा सकता है।

Selection के बाद candidature withdrawal की अनुमति नहीं होगी और selected staff parent cadre में voluntary reversion seek नहीं कर सकेंगे।

• Penalty, suspension, major penalty departmental proceedings अथवा pending RPUP case जैसी स्थितियों से संबंधित particulars application forward करते समय mention करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
• Written examination में electronic devices allowed नहीं होंगे।
• Supplementary examination नहीं होगा।
• Volunteering करने वाले employees को written examination के लिए ready रहना होगा।
• Application की eligibility और particulars को concerned Personnel Officer द्वारा Service Register एवं relevant records से verify किया जाएगा।
